LEASING

Do you accept walk-in tours or do I have to make an appointment?
Walk-in tours are always welcome! We do recommend scheduling an appointment, if possible, to ensure that someone from our wonderful leasing team is available to assist you and help you find your perfect home.

What should I bring with me for the tour?
Please bring a valid government-issued photo ID and any questions you might have regarding your future home!

How can I apply for an apartment?
We thought you'd never ask! You can apply for your apartment online or in-person at our Leasing Office. 

How long does it take for an application to be approved?
Applications are typically processed between 48-72 hours after submission. You can check the status of your application through the applicant portal

How do I get to your community?
We are located in West Alexandria between 395 and Seminary Rd. You can enter your address here to get exact directions to our community. 
Northbound: Take I-495 S toward Richmond/Alexandria and take exit 57B to merge onto I-395 N toward Washington.
Southbound: Take I-495 S/Virginia and take exit 43-44 VA-193/George Washington Memorial Parkway/Georgetown Pike toward Washington to merge onto I-395 S to Richmond.

COMMUNITY

Is parking available?
Yes! We have covered garage parking available with one parking spot per resident ($100/month for the first space, $150/month for the second space). We also have reserved parking available for $175/month.

Is your community pet friendly?
Yes! We love and welcome your pets! We have a pet spa and dog estate for our pet owners to use, free of charge. There is a $50/month pet rent and a $500 one-time non-refundable pet fee. Please contact the leasing office for more information regarding pet fees, policies, and weight/breed restrictions.

What amenities does the property offer?
You are in for a treat! We have many incredible amenities including a 24/7 Fitness Center and Yoga Room, Outdoor patio with grill station, bocce court, and fire pit, a Conference Room, Game Room, Package Room, Bicycle Storage, and more!

Which provider can I use for Internet and cable?
You can set up your Internet and cable through two different providers at Sinclaire on Seminary! We offer Xfinity and Comcast for Internet and cable providers.

What utilities will I be responsible for?
Residents are responsible for setting up their own electric account through Dominion Energy and Internet/cable services through Xfinity or Comcast. Our community works with a third-party billing company for water/sewer monthly charges and the $15 monthly trash fee, so you will not need to set up any accounts for water/sewer or trash! There is also no gas at our community - we are all electric here!

What monthly fees should I expect?
Residents are responsible for all monthly utilities (electric, water/sewer, $15/month trash, cable/Internet). Parking is $100-$175/month (depending on the type of space) and Pet Rent is $50/month/pet. 

How can I pay my rent?
We have two convenient ways to pay rent: online through the resident portal or through the mobile KETTLER resident iOS or Android app!

Where can I shop?
There are many locations in West Alexandria where you can shop! The Shops at Mark Center, Seminary Plaza, Shoppes at Summit Centre, Bradlee Shopping Center, Village at Shirlington, are a few to name!

Is there public transportation within close proximity of the building?
Yes! The Mark Center Bus Station and Van Dorn Street Metro Station are less than one mile from our community.

MAINTENANCE

Do you have on-site maintenance?
Yes! We have on-site maintenance Monday-Friday (9am-5pm) for standard work orders and a 24/7/365 on-call emergency maintenance team available for after-hours emergencies.

What happens if I am locked out?
While we certainly hope this does not occur, in the case of a lock-out our team can assist! Our 24/7 on-call emergency maintenance team is available for lock-out instances. Please contact the leasing office for more details.
